This project holds a unique significance for our team. Beyond restoring the exterior finishes and completely redesigning the hardscape and landscape, we transformed the north wing into a bespoke luxury office and automotive display.

We paired industrial architecture with refined detailing. To maximize vertical volume, we introduced a structural floating loft engineered with a slim steel floor profile. The concept was to maintain a visual connection between the upper-level office, the classic car display, and the surrounding mountain views. Balancing raw structural materiality with warmth and comfort, a vision realized through full-height glass walls and minimalist railings.

Built from a simple palette of concrete, steel, glass, and wood, the finished space provides a quiet, highly functional retreat in the heart of Ketchum’s industrial district.
